Microtrenching SAW Blades What we’re known for. We offer over a dozen options, with three types of unique teeth for different cutting conditions. If your machine type isn’t listed, we can still create a blade for you at no extra cost.

WHAT makes our blades superior to all other blades? Imported Swedish Hardox AR (Abrasion Resistant) Plate is used for all components. This is a very hard, abrasion resistant steel, commonly seen to add wear plates to excavator and bulldozer blades. We don’t know of a better longer lasting steel. It is twice the strength of the steel used by our competitors. We know, we actually measured the hardness of their blades.

Why do our blades last so much longer than others? The hardness of the steel is one of the primary factors affecting blade life. The PDC and carbide inserts protect the tooth. As long as the PDC and carbide inserts are not missing or chipped too much the blade will keep on cutting. We have videos on our website that give tips on ensuring long blade life. Frequent inspections and replacement of worn down hardfacing is key. 

WHY DO OUR BLADES CUT FASTER AND CLEANER THAN OTHERS? Our blades were born of many months of cutting rocky streets of Salt Lake City, Utah.  Our crews using our saws and blades allowed us to continually revise and adjust the design of the teeth, wheel and other critical factors - spoils, launch angles, gullet volumes, critical wear areas, hardfacing. We optimized these factors to ensure the saw can cut as fast and clean as possible.  Your blade will last longer as long as you follow our recommendations.
